Den största ändringen de har gjort sedan UFC: Undisputed 2010 är att de lagt till fjädervikt- och bantamvikt-divisioner, lagt till ett nytt submission-system och infört ”Pride-mode”, vilket tillåter dig att spela matcherna under de japanska reglerna. I detta läge kommer Bas Rutten och Stephen Quadros agera kommentatorer på alla de platserna som Pride höll sina event innan UFC köpte upp organisationen.
Utöver det här kommer det att finnas mer än 150 spelbara karaktärer som man kan ta med i en resa på antingen Xbox 360 eller Playstation 3. Som det ser ut just nu så kommer spelet att släppas i januari 2012, men det här med att hålla releasedatum är inte vad spelbranschen är direkt kända för att lyckas med.
