UFC 199 kommer att bjuda på Rockhold vs. Bisping II. Michael Bisping har haft det motigt när det kommer till att få titelmatcher, men nu får han äntligen får chansen. Han känner han att det är hans öde att bli världsmästare.
Igår blev det klart att Michael Bisping (28-7) ersätter den skadade Chris Weidman (13-1). Det blir Bispings första titelmatch. Han har tidigare gått titelelimineringsfighter, men har alltid stupat på mållinjen. Nu får han dock sin chans.

I en intervju med The Luke Thomas Show berättar han mer om att ha titeln inom räckhåll.
”I’m feeling very, very excited. Obviously, I’ve wanted a world title fight my entire life and then, here we are. It would’ve been nice to have it with a full training camp, but screw it. You get these opportunities thrown your way, you gotta make the most out of it. That’s what I intend to do.”
Enligt Bisping är det hans öde att äntligen ta hem titeln.
”I believe it’s my destiny. I’m going to go out there, I’m going to make history. I’m going to become the first world champion to come from the U.K. I believe it’s my time.
I’ll put it like this. If people can walk around and believe the son of God came down to earth 2,000 years ago, and he can walk on water, and there’s a God up there looking after ourselves, and if you get on your knees and pray to him that things will change, then you can believe that I can knock the fuck out of Luke Rockhold two weeks from Saturday.”
